Latitude Adjustment is your perfect semi-oceanfront dream house! Only 1 lot back from the ocean in Avon, this house is perfect for the entire family. The fun does not stop after a day at the beach! Enjoy the stunning ocean views from the decks on all levels, the sunset views from the top floor sound side deck, a private pool, or a hot tub.
Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a fully gated private pool with a hot tub, a private driveway for parking up to 8 vehicles, an outside shower, a park-style charcoal grill, and nearby beach access. The entry door is through the covered parking area into the foyer with a laundry area and a large closet to store your beach gear.
Mid Level: As you make your way up to the mid-level, you will find 4 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom # 2, containing a DuoBunk (Twin over Full), flat-screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #3 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #4, which is furnished with 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and deck access. From the covered deck, you can access the pool area, hot tub, or the top-level sun deck.
Top Level: You are greeted by a Great room with vaulted ceilings, large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, and deck access with ocean views. The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has updated appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Off the Great Room is access to Bedroom #5, the King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and sunroom access with sound views, and a private full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. As a bonus, make your way up to the loft, from the dining area, which has seating for 6.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great house and great location. But there were just a few problems. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work or wouldn't keep anything plugged in. The outside shower didn't work. I had a stain on my pillow case and had to buy one as there weren't any extra available. The dryer took forever to dry anything. The grill needs replaced. It is so old and rusty. We had to overnight a small grill to use from Amazon. One bedroom pictured twin beds but there was a single queen instead. We were counting on that extra bed. Besides little things like that here and there, overall it was a great vacation house. We would probably stay there again.

We loved our stay. Close to beach, close to grocery store/ restaurants. Having all of the rooms have balconies overlooking the beach was also awesome. Only problem we had was the kitchen being on the third floor and having to take groceries up all the flights. On the other hand the view from the kitchen/ living room is gorgeous. We noticed some of the houses had dumb-waiters and this would have made the stay perfect.
