The vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of Villa Palazzo. The building dates back to 1838–39. The architect brothers August and Friedrich von Thiersch redesigned the building in 1873–74. Its history is full of twists and turns: originally built as an Italian-style palazzo for Serbian Prince Welimir Michail Theodorowitsch, the building became the Grandhotel Bayerischer Hof and later a police station.

Today, the villa has been completely restored and renovated and is a truly magnificent structure with high ceilings, bright rooms, stucco ceilings, and terraced gardens behind the house offering a magnificent view of Lake Tegernsee and the surrounding mountains.

The Palazzo Exclusiv Apartment offers an airy atmosphere across 62 m² for 2–3 people, perfect for a wonderful vacation in Tegernsee. Located just across the street from the lakeshore, with private parking and a swimming dock right outside the door.

The apartment is fully equipped: an open-concept kitchen/living room with a pull-out sofa, a dining table, a small storage closet with a washer-dryer, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a cozy bedroom. The open-concept kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, stove, and Nespresso coffee maker—it has everything you could want.

The open-concept living area invites you to linger at the dining table or relax on the couch. The high-quality bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. The bedroom, perfect for relaxation, is equipped with a double bed and a closet.
