Fisherman's house of 36 m² ideally located in a very quiet pedestrian street of the typical district of Courtgain a stone's throw from the city center, 50m from the Bay of Somme, the market place (Sunday morning) with bay view from the room
Completely renovated house comprising:
On the first floor,
- Room/living room: very chic with charm including TV, sofa bed (140*190), table and chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, senseo, LV (tablets provided) and washing machine
- A small bathroom (about 4m2) with shower cubicle, sink and toilet
Upstairs, a bedroom of 15m2 with a double bed (140*190) equipped with a duvet (220*240) and a drawer bed with 2 mattresses of 90×190.
From the room, superb breathtaking view of the Bay of Somme
Bed linen and towels not provided, possibility of rental on request, (except short stays) 15€/double bed and 10€/ small bed, 10€/person towels (2 towels)

The House was small, but way enough for 2 people and a dog. The house and the kitchen have everything you need to stay there for a week or longer. The Bathroomdoor is only a sliding door and you can't lock it.

Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. We have stayed at this lovey Gite before and it was fabulous then. Situated in the heart of the town it has beautiful views over the bay and is a lovely cosy fisherman’s cottage. Great facilities and beautifully clean. The check in was as easy as always and we hope to stay again. Thank you.

The website told that it was 90 mtrs from the beach. But it was not the beach, it was the river turning into the sea. It is not possible to sit there, because it is al clay and you just sink into it. We booked this stay to be able to go to the beach within a few minutes and also for the dog. The little house was fine and had everything we neefed. Clean.
