The modern and tastefully furnished vacation home “Drei Akazien,” with its four vacation apartments, is located in a popular area in the Dierhagen Strand neighborhood. It’s just a 350-meter walk to the wide Baltic Sea beach. Many small restaurants and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. In addition to the good infrastructure with shopping options in the immediate vicinity, the location offers, above all, peace and quiet and opportunities for relaxation in nature, with its acacia forests typical of the Baltic Sea region. The dike is also not far away and serves as a cycling and hiking trail to the surrounding villages and coastal areas.
About the Vacation Rental
The upstairs apartment, which has a separate entrance, is accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here you’ll find a blend of simple elegance and Scandinavian style. The apartment’s furnishings are all new, high-quality, and tastefully chosen. In the living and dining area, you’ll find a cozy sofa and a wood-burning stove. The small but fully equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living area and, together with the dining table, offers a social space for eating, cooking, and chatting. Natural materials like wood are also featured in the modern bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, towel dryer, and window completes the living experience.
A slightly steeper staircase leads to the second open-concept bedroom in the attic, which also features a double bed.
The spacious rooftop terrace (approx. 15 square meters), newly built in 2020 and equipped with a dining table, chairs, and a deck chair, is the perfect spot for sunbathing and reading exciting books.
The vacation rental also includes a parking space.
