The fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit are just another great feature of our beach villa.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 12th floor.
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

What a stunning property! The view was amazing, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We were close to everything without having the chaos of being in the middle of everything. For the property itself, we were in the upper levels but never had to wait long for the elevator. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and cutlery. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The pull out couch does need some tlc at the foot area of the bed. The bedroom was quite spacious as was the bathroom. The washer and dryer were a great addition that we used frequently. The pools were great. The "inside" pool, lazy river and hot tub were warm and good sized. The "outside" pool was cold (but we were there early in the season). The beach access was so close! The little snack shop onsite was perfect for any last minute items. We used a grocery delivery service without issue. Pick up/drop off area was great to unload and the parking garage was well lit and easily accessible. Owners were excellent communicators, replied quickly via email, we had no need to contact them any other way. We even stayed an extra day! Great property, great owners and we had a great time.

The rental was very well kept and well cleaned. Host was very responsive and accommodating with any requests. We’re re extremely please with our stay and look forward to booking again. 10/10 would definitely recommend
