About this house rental
The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher and oven with electric range. Dining room is located just off the kitchen with seating for 6. Additional bar seating (2) is also available!
Living room has enough seating for the whole family! We've provided a 50" Smart TV & board games. Just off the living room is a desk should you need to work during your stay.

There is a patio located off of the dining room that opens onto a nice-sized fenced-in yard. Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s more fun traveling with the whole family. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended and to please keep them off beds and furniture.
The smart TV allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.
You can expect a clean, fully equipped space, and responsive communication from your host.
** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

The home was very nice and comfortable. Check in was very easy, and the host is very responsive. The location was perfect as it's a few houses from my family which I was in town to see. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a nice stay and worked for what we needed. The house has been mostly updated, but a few things still need to be updated (bedroom doorknob got stuck and locked us out but we were able to get it open). Kitchen was well-appointed but some snacks set out upon arrival were expired. Fridge is clean but old, and froze some of our food/drinks. Keurig had trouble brewing after one cup of coffee. House was very clean and laundry was easy to use. Neighbors had a loud quincenera party with tents on the last night of our stay, which kept us up, but otherwise it was a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay. Our host thought of a lot of the little touches that help you feel at home. We'll definitely try to stay here again next time we're in town.
