O principal destaque do Ipê é a qualidade humana dos funcionários com tratamento excepcional aos hóspedes. Refeições são excelentes, bom custo benefício. Pratos bem servidos, comida saborosa e quentinha.
Banheiros precisam de reformas, são antigos, embora limpos apresentam aparência de uso contínuo. Quartos são apertados, hospedei-me com um familiar idoso e a cadeira de rodas nem foi retirada do carro durante estadia pois não tinha espaço para movimentação dentro do quarto. Mas uma especificidade minha e que não desqualifica-os. Tiveram o cuidado de responder-me, no ato da reserva, que o Hotel tinha problemas de acessibilidade.
