GROUND FLOOR 2-bedroom ocean front condo at Las Palomas in Puerto Penasco

We enjoyed this property. Wish we could have given it a 5 star rating. We gave it a 4 and the main reason is because this a 3rd party listing. No check in at Las Palomas, you check in with a rental agency in town called CasaGo. While the check in process was very easy and we had no wait, it wasn't disclosed anywhere on the VRBO listing that this would be a 3rd party vacation rental agency. With that being said we were told that we could text that number provided with any issues and we did and never received a response. The issue was not a big concern, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice. We were contacted the next day. On that same day I wanted the front desk number as the night before we had very noisy upstairs guest. Well, because we use the 3rd party agency we had NO access to the front desk. and going out to the front desk at almost 1am was not an option. I asked for the front desk extension, I was told by CasaGo that she would provide me the extension, and that never happened. So communication was a little annoying and could use some work with the follow through. There is no room keeping from the resort. They did provided trashes taken, paper towel, and toilet paper replacement. You don't have access to using resort beach towels, they provide 4 in the room, seems like a small amount given the room is made to accommodate 6. Also room towels are not replaced. They told me that there is detergent for me to wash them. Other than that the room was great.
