About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the El Llano neighborhood, a central area just a few meters from Plaza de Europa, a 10-minute walk from the Los Fresnos Shopping Center, a 10-minute walk from Paseo de Begoña, and about 1.5 km from La Escalerona (stairway No. 4) at San Lorenzo Beach. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay, with free parking in the area and just a few meters from a secure parking lot that costs 5 per day.
This apartment is rented out in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by electric radiators, which are available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use and want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6 to 15 degrees—heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather, and guests may choose the specific times. It’s important to understand that heating a space like ours—85 m²—is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).
No Smoking. No access for individuals not registered at the accommodation. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM* Check-out BEFORE 11:00 a.m. *A 1-hour time slot will be arranged for guest check-in; in the event of a delay or change on the guest’s part, such changes will be subject to the host’s discretion and availability. Coordinating check-in times is very simple and highly flexible for guests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. *A “late check-in” service is available from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest, for an additional fee of 20. At 11:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled for “NO-SHOW”
Free parking in the area and affordable secure parking (5 per day). In Gijón, there is an electric car-sharing system called Guppy, which allows you to get around in an eco-friendly and affordable way. A bus stop is just a few meters away.
The accommodations are located in the residential neighborhood of El Llano on the first floor of a four-story building. The apartment was recently renovated (October 2021) and features one master bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm bed and two additional double bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. All bedrooms have a 42" Smart TV. There are two full bathrooms, both with showers. A spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The living/dining room features a large table that seats six people and a 50" Smart TV. It has electric heating (for more information, see “Other Important Details”). An excellent place to stay with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time in Gijón
. I’ll hand over the keys to you personally, walk you through the apartment, and provide you with maps, city tips, and a guidebook. You can ask me any questions you may have, and I’ll be available by phone 24 hours a day for whatever you need. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The check-in time must be agreed upon between the host and the guest a few days before the start of the stay and should be as accurate as possible. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, a late check-in is available for an additional fee of 20, subject to availability. After 11:00 PM, no check-ins will be permitted, and the reservation will be marked as a no-show. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. Luggage cannot be left at the property either before or after your stay.
