Great layout - open concept on one side of the house which is great for family gatherings -board games, dinner etc. I like how it flowed right to the outside and big windows makes it feel larger. The garage was converted to a game room - we brought our own XBox, and my teen boys loved having their own room to game together. The bedrooms have plush carpets that absorb sound so it was easy for my to sleep amid the gaming in the garage. Location is excellent -quick walk to the SHARQ, easy walk to the marina/river walk loop. My dogs were happy, i was happy and the kids were happy and relaxed. Just what we needed before heading back to school! It was 90+ this week so we also appreciated the AC! You know it's a good rental if it takes away my stress and this house did. We will visit again!

This was a great time for two families. There are a few minor things that could be addressed: add an additional utensil set, garage tv remote missing, bunks ladder and railing are a little unstable, have a flood light in front of garage, and the vip experience package from the rental company was confusing. Does the house participate? Or not? There are some passes but no online credit stuff. The procedures are written generically for all houses, but you need to find out if the rental you’re looking at applies—no one has time to cut through this paperwork. I pick on some things, but I would stay again. Kitchen had good supplies.

The house was exactly what we wanted. The house was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The location was quiet and near a bike path and SHARC. The large deck, patio table and barbeque made for very nice evenings. We wouldn't hesitate to book this house again for our next Sunriver vacation.

We stayed at this home recently, and while there have been some updates, much of the property still feels dated and below the standard of other rentals in the area. However, the deck's poor condition was most concerning. It appears to be neglected and unstable in spots.
