With room for 12 guests, enjoy the open layout, games room, and private pool/spa (Retro arcade game on is out of order pending parts). Perfect for families seeking luxury and entertainment, this home offers comfort and convenience for everyone.
The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the expansive living area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. With four king-sized beds, guests will find ample sleeping arrangements to ensure a restful stay.
But the fun doesn`t stop there. Windsor at Westside boasts a range of resort amenities, including a zero-entry pool with waterslides, a hot tub, and a lazy river surrounded by lush landscaping. Stay active with access to a fitness room, tennis courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball.

📝 Other things to note:
• There is a maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.
• All guests can enjoy the resort amenities free of charge.
• POOL/SPA Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.
• Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.
• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.
• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
• A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. Please note the grill at the home is for owners personal use only.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules from 10:00pm to 8:00am

The house is a great setup, unfortunately we were not able to use the hot tub as it was not hot, it was a cool as the pool. We also were not able to use the pool 2 days as the crew came in and put chemicals in the pool and told us we had to stay out for 6 hours on 2 separate days. The clubhouse pool etc was a good experience. It’s about 35 min to universal. We enjoyed the house but certainly disappointed we couldn't use the pool for a good portion of the time and hot tub not hot despite paying the 40 per day heat for the pool / hot tub. Also should be noted that there are absolutely no toiletries- hand soap, paper towels, toliet paper, and not many utensils as we had to share forks and spoons nightly. The televison remotes did not all work as wel, but we made do without tv which was just fine but could be an issue for others.
