This private home in the heart of Neve Tzedek offers a blend of historic charm and modern comfort across three beautifully designed levels. The first bedroom features a private balcony with panoramic views of Tel Aviv, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. The second bedroom includes its own office space with a suspended balcony, ideal for enjoying the fresh air while working or unwinding.
A highlight of the home is its expansive rooftop terrace, offering a breathtaking cityscape and a cozy outdoor lounge. Whether sipping your morning coffee or unwinding at sunset, this space is perfect for soaking in the energy of Tel Aviv.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso machine, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The home also features two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The property is located in an active urban area, and occasional noise from nearby construction, maintenance, or other city activities may occur during permitted daytime hours. These activities are carried out by third parties and are beyond our control. Many guests enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay; however, we cannot guarantee a completely noise-free environment.

Respect neighbors by keeping noise reasonable
Primary guest must be 21 or older
In accordance with Israeli law, we need a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival.
The price does not include an 18% VAT charge which applies to Israeli citizens and/or anyone not entitled to ZERO VAT.
Guests must submit a photocopy of their passport by or before their check-in date.
Check-in instructions will be provided once documents are received and/or VAT has been paid if relevant.
