This central section of the house, newly built in 2021, spans three levels and features an open, light-filled living and dining area on the first floor with a high-quality built-in kitchen, a spacious hallway with a coat closet, and a guest restroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, south-facing bedroom. The hallway leads to the bright shower room, which includes a bathtub positioned directly beneath the window.

The village of Rantum is located at the narrowest point of the island. Here, just under 600 meters separate the ocean surf from the tranquil Wadden Sea. The vast dune landscape and endless beach of the finest sand are a delight on the west coast. On the mudflat side, the Rantum dike winds for several kilometers around the bird sanctuary and is ideal for bike rides and hikes, or for observing birdlife in complete tranquility. But besides its stunning natural beauty, Rantum has much more to offer: culinary delights right in the dunes or at a Michelin-starred restaurant, as well as concerts, readings, and exhibitions at the Meerkabarett. In Rantum’s increasingly bustling harbor, you can leisurely browse and linger in a few charming shops.
