Property is in a great location and good for pets. Good sized yard and close to the beach and coffee ahop. Only issue was quilt cover in the second bedroom was dirty as was the outdoor lounge seating. Kitchen was great with good coffee machine.

Easy access to the property, the amenities were mostly as described,and the host was responsive in a timely manner

The house was a great location with a very short walk to the beach. There is also a great cafe, Fishwicks, just a couple of minutes walk away. Majority of the house was clean, with adequate towels/linen/pantry basics but some stains on the couch from previous guests was not pleasant. The neighbours on one side were incredibly loud until 2-3am both nights of our stay and the neighbour on the other side spent about 2 hours leaf blowing next to the window the other night. This is not under the control of the property but if we knew it wasn’t such a quiet place we wouldn’t have stayed.
