Large fenced in yard, In-Ground pool with safety fence around it, POOL HOUSE w/ bar, goldfish and tadpole pond, Fire-pit area, beautifully landscaped yard w/apple trees & small vegetable/herbal garden. An oasis in the middle of everything!!! Wickford Village, Gooseneck Vineyard and NK Town Beach, just a 5 minute drive away. You may obtain a temporary North Kingstown Town Beach pass for your visit for $25(obtainable at the town website)

Tricia’s property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children. We enjoyed the pool daily. The location is great for exploring Wickford, Newport, Narragansett, and Mystic. Highly recommend!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was super clean and had everything our family needed for a coastal vacation. The house is in a great location with easy access to Newport, Narragansett, Providence and more. Our hostess was very thoughtful, even leaving cookies and s’more ingredients for us to enjoy. Would love to stay again.

Reunion and recreation. House was large enough for everyone and the pool was in great condition and enjoyed by many of the guests. We visited the nearby town of Wickford several times and Scarborough beach was a favorite. Rhode island is just a few hours' drive for us but we found it a wonderful new vacation resource. We much enjoyed our conversations with the "locals."
