We had a couple issues when we arrived and we reached out on the app and we're able to speak to someone immediately by phone (it was after 10pm too). Stayed for several days and the views were just breathtaking! Bed and couch were both comfortable to sleep on. All appliances worked. Drive was not too far and Kroger and Walmart are right nearby in along with lots of restaurants. Our friends who stayed in a nearby cabin we're able to get DoorDash deliveries. Fast Internet and decent TV channels. The pool was freezing cold so we only got waist deep and got out. Heard several turkeys outside but never saw any. Only drawback for some may be that there are a lot of stairs to get to the pool, hot tub and washer/dryer, but a nice handrail to use. This cabin is secluded, there are other cabins that you can see in the distance, but we did not hear any sounds besides birds and the turkeys and we stayed Thursday-Tuesday.We came to TN for a wedding at another cabin and that cabin area was super noisy, lots of traffic, and not so great views. If you want beautiful sunrise/sunset views, seclusion, and quiet this is your place. Bonus they have very quick response time to any issues and they check back with you to make sure things are still going well.

We had such an amazing stay in Pigeon Forge at this cabin. It was in such a perfect location, the views were amazing, super easy to get to, not to close but not too far from everything we wanted to do. The cabin was clean and tidy and had the basics we needed for our stay. We were given a nimber to text if we needed anything and we did end up texting a few questions, they were super responsive, accurate with their reaponse and super friendly. I would absolutely stay at this cabin again!!!

This was our second visit here and we enjoyed every moment just like the last. Some how we go another hot tub afternoon while snow fell down and covered the mountains.

Beautiful place. Smoke detector went off for 21 hours. Techs were very nice when they finally came. Had zero sleep and a headache from it. Requested a 1 night refund. Was told they will not make any evaluation of refund until after checkout. I still have not heard anything.
