As soon as you enter and take in the Gulf views through walls of glass, you’ll feel the stresses of everyday life melt away. Relax on the large sectional and plush accent chairs in the open living space and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, curl up with your favorite beach read, or simply enjoy the views.
Open to the living room and the Gulf views beyond, the fully equipped kitchen features white cabinets, expansive granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy casual meals at the huge breakfast bar with seating for four, use the ice maker, blender, and assorted glassware at the wet bar to craft tropical cocktails after busy beach days, and gather together at the 8-person dining table in the chic Gulfview dining room.
When you need to rest and recharge, three beautifully decorated bedrooms beckon. Each has comfortable bedding, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom, including the primary ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. With a spacious layout that’s perfect for families and a fourth full bathroom with a washer and dryer, this home sleeps up to 12 guests.
Outside, the shimmering Gulf awaits. Step out onto your private balcony to savor the Gulf breeze and watch dolphins play in the water. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
