The Tipton is a three story townhouse located in the heart of Fayetteville! This spacious, newly furnished home is a short drive away from renowned restaurants and craft brew pubs on Dickson Street, acclaimed trails, shopping, live music, and The University of Arkansas!

Fayetteville is where the action is - sports, theaters, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks along local shops and restaurants. With its fantastic location in the Ozark Mountains, it's no wonder that Fayetteville is one of the country's fastest-growing cities.

The heart of Downtown Fayetteville is Dickson Street. Here you'll find everything from craft brew pubs to George's Majestic Lounge, and from local restaurants to food trucks. The Walton Arts Center is also located here - a venue for everything from Broadway performances to jazz bands. Of course, as home to the University of Arkansas, staying close to downtown is all about the Razorbacks - cheer them on at Bud Walton Arena!

Getting Around:
Ozark Regional Transit - ORT travels within Fayetteville, as well as up I-49 to Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville to the North. All routes within the City of Fayetteville are free.

Razorback Transit - Razorback Transit is operated by the University of Arkansas. All fares are free. The bus routes can be seen on Maps. To use, simply go to Maps and click on directions. After that, put in the name or address of your Fayetteville or Northwest Arkansas destination, then tap on the bus icon, and the appropriate Razorback Transit routes will be visible.

Other Things to Note:
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.


Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

We do our best to stock the property with everything that you may need to have a memorable stay. However, if you need anything during your trip, please let us know.

This condo was the perfect place for our weekend in Fayetteville moving in our college son! Close to his apartment and close to several great restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast there.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The townhome was impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs bedroom could really use a mirror since there is no bathroom downstairs. Other than that tiny detail, the house itself was perfect. Communication was not quite what I’m used to with VRBO, likely because this is managed by a property management and not an individual owner. It wasn’t “bad,” it just wasn’t as quick and personal as typical. Our code didn’t work so we could not get in the house when we arrived. That was resolved with a couple phone calls but it still didn’t work that night. (We were able to get in with the garage code and by leaving the door in the garage unlocked.) after I sent another message that night, we finally got a new code around 10am the next morning. Also, I asked two days before checkin if we could extend our checkout time by one hour. I was told to check the day before checkout, which I did. At that time, I was told to check the next morning. With a 10:00 checkout time the next morning, not knowing if 11:00 is possible until that morning made planning impossible so we just rearranged our schedule to be out by 10:00. These are minor complaints, for sure! The house is in a great location, is beautifully decorated, and fit our needs well!
