This Signature flat of over 120m² offers comfort and modernity, whether you're with family or friends. Decorated with care, each room has its own atmosphere and colour scheme. A large bay window gives access to the balcony with a magnificent view of Châtel and the Abondance valley.

Noble wood and anthracite tones combined with comfortable designer furnishings with Alpine charm add character to this flat, located just a few steps from the centre of the village. The living area of over 40 m² is a delightful place to share convivial moments. The lounge is cosy, the kitchen is open and the dining table seats 10.

The "Perle de Savoie" residence offers one of the best locations in the resort: 300m from the village centre and church square, and around 500m from the Super-Châtel ski lifts.

You'll have easy access to the shops and all the activities on offer in the resort. You can enjoy a real mountain holiday without having to take your car, especially as the flat has 3 parking spaces. This recently-built residence also boasts magnificent views over the Abondance valley and surrounding mountains, and plenty of sunshine.
