Located on a quiet street just over a mile from the Downtown district and famous Geneva lakefront, guests will enjoy a convenient, yet private location to access all the area attractions. The amenities offered here are tough to beat- step out of the rear slider and be greeted by an impressive back yard oasis highlighted by a heated salt water pool, an array of seating (including an outdoor dining table that can fit 8+), and even an outdoor kitchen and bar with TV! The covered porch is a great place to relax on a summers' night. This outdoor space is truly entertainers dream during the warmer months of the year, and staying home for the day has never been more tempting.
The Cabana is laid out with practicality in mind, and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the smaller of which is tucked away off the master suite. The sun-filled sitting room is a great spot for 2 to 4 people to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, or dinner, and features a futon sofa that folds down into a queen to accommodate two additional guests. The open-concept living space includes high-end furnishings and an array of seating options, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and even an easy-to-use double-sided gas fireplace to cozy up after an evening swim. A guest-accessible laundry area can be found in the partially-finished basement. There are two twin bunk beds in the basement.

This was property was the perfect way to begin our summer break!! We had a blast just chilling by the beautiful pool, crafting, cooking, and just relaxing after a taxing year! Everything was perfect!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

There are many great things about the house. Located on a quiet street close to downtown it has a bright interior. Outside, the areas by the kitchen show age but the pool & deck are great. The management company responds promptly and they allowed us to check in an hour early. Those positive qualities deserve mention. Our disappointments were that the house isn’t fully living up to its great potential due to what appeared to be lack of awareness of how things are working. We notified management about pretty obvious things not functioning properly: Multiple doors; Ceiling Fan; Wine Fridge; Outdoor sink; Fire Pit ignition; Uninstalled shower shelf. They sent a handyman promptly and he was great, finding solutions for many (not all) issues. Our criticism isn’t with the attempt to address the issues. It’s that these were so apparent that we wondered about the level of attentiveness and decision-making about the guest experience. In the bedroom with the murphy bed, there is no dresser, nightstand, closet, or even hook. That’s just one of many headscratcher decisions that don’t feel like they were made/vetted by someone who’s stayed there recently, relying instead only if/when renters choose to raise issues. The management company did provide a partial refund. We felt that a bit more was not unreasonable, but they felt different. We were too weary from the back-and-forth, justifying, and feeling like we were the problem, so we didn’t want to haggle further.
