Paula was very attentive, patient with questions I had, etc. She made sure we had what we needed. The condo was clean, very neat, and quite met our needs.
(I will add that one very thin “soap disk” was not appropriate in a master bath/2 people. A small BAR was the least one would expect - like most hotels. We purchased a bar for our two nights there.)
