- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. The closeness to the beach and views from the decks were amazing! The private pool was so nice, especially with littles, to go to when they were over the sand. The elevator was great to have moving stuff in and out and just to bypass so many stairs with older parents. The staff was very responsive with any issues we had (a box spring was broken and a water pressure issue that was due to work on the island). The only negative we experienced that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that the beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab. Some people may like that but we didn’t enjoy that and didn’t provide much rest after being at the beach/pool all day.

When we first checked in the A/C was not working as it should have been. The rental company was quick to respond and sent someone out to fix it.
