About this apartment rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the heart of the farming district of Puyallup. This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watson’s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. You will not be disappointed!!

Property is above the 3-car garage of a primary residence, with private entrance. So long as one is able to take one flight of stairs up to the area, everything is as advertised -- and likely lesser stairs overall compared to many Seatlle-area properties, where 2 or 3 stories are typical. Very nice floorplan and finishing touches -- upper-end, new-quality construction. Spacious and comfortable. We did not encounter any neighbors or homeowner. Nearby train might bother some (occasional whistles), but wasn't something that would dissuade us from staying again. Comfortably met our needs.

We were in town for a wedding and the location was so convenient to everything. Very clean and well stocked. Definitely will stay there again.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay!!! Could not be happier, this home exceeded my expectations! The host was very communicative with any questions asked. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
