Villa Old Olive Ottava with pool occupies 1350 m2 of land. The residential area takes 513 m2. It extends over 3 floors and offers 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. Five of the bedrooms have king-size beds (180cm×200cm) and 2 bedrooms have twin beds (each bed is 90cm×200cm).
Further, here you will find a large open-plan concept living area connected with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar and a large dining table for 14. Large windows with sliding doors provide lots of natural light and connect this beautiful living area with a large terrace.
The highlight of the villa is the large L-shaped outdoor pool. Next to the pool, you will find sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxation. Close to the pool, you will find a sauna with relaxation beds.
By the side, there is a charcoal grill and an additional seating area.
