Newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage in Prince Edward County, just a 4-minute walk from the Bay of Quinte. THE SPACE
This recently renovated cottage is your comfortable home base for exploring Prince Edward County`s wine country and natural beauty. The thoughtful layout works equally well for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking to unwind together.
The cottage sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms: one room with a king bed and another with a double bed. A single full bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for soaking after days spent exploring the area. Throughout the space, you`ll find heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus free WiFi so you can stay as connected or as disconnected as you prefer.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking and entertaining. You`ll have a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A coffee maker means you can brew your morning coffee, and wine glasses are on hand for toasting your discoveries at local vineyards. The dining table is perfect for lingering over meals, and the open layout makes it easy to cook and socialize at the same time. All cooking basics, dishware, and kitchen utensils are provided.

The backyard is one of the cottage`s highlights, featuring a fire pit for evening gatherings and outdoor seating where you can enjoy meals or morning coffee. Free parking on premises means no hunting for spaces. A dedicated workspace makes this cottage ideal for remote workers who need a quiet spot to focus without sacrificing vacation time. You`ll also find board games and books for downtime, a washer and dryer for laundry, and all the essentials to settle in immediately.

No smoking inside house or out buildings
No loud music at any time during the day or night,
Enjoy the outdoors around the fire and have a normal and quiet conversation, but your voices should be kept at a minimum. No intoxication, boisterous activities, and/or disturbing the peace at any time will be tolerated.
Failure to maintain quiet enjoyment of our place will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation & eviction.
NO use of fireworks on the property at any time
ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR PARTIES PERMITTED.
You must also acknowledge security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged upto $750.
If you bring your pet please clean up after it

This was a fantastic place. Great location, huge yard, quiet and private. And some wonderful restaurants and activities near by. The hosts were fantastic and fast to respond. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely property with all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy a wonderful getaway. The fire pit is where we spent most of our time - beautiful starry skies.
