About this apartment rental
Beautiful river views with a short walk to East bay! Located on Traverse City`s beautiful East Bay we are minutes from Downtown Traverse City. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. You can enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of sandy beach frontage. You can rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle right off of our sandy beach. Friday and Saturday nights there is live music and S`mores at the fire pit.
The Shores at the Grand Traverse resort Shores Condo. The condo was recently remodeled from floor to ceiling. It has a brand new Carrera marble shower that will knock your socks off complete with three body sprays. All new flooring, paint and a brand new kitchen which is limited but great for small meals or to reheat leftovers and a folder of all my favorite places if you choose to eat out. The bedroom has a new king size bed with luxury sheets and pillows.
We have a balcony with amazing views of the river. Our unit is an end unit with the river flowing alongside and in front of the balcony so it is very private and beautiful. Follow the river a short walk to East Bay where there is 600’ of private sandy beach frontage.

Cozy little condo resort with nightly security and a shuttle bus to the Casino. Volleyball, water sport rentals and tiki bar right on the beach. A giant fire pit in the evenings to roast marshmallows.
Walking distance to the beach. There is a shuttle that will take you the Turtle Creek Casino or the Grand Traverse Resort. Uber and Lyft are now available.
Side note- I love my town and am very proud to have grown up playing on our beaches. I try my best to support everything local. I try and provide something local and unique for every guest, wether it be something delicious from the bakery, local eggs, or fresh squeezed O.J. All cleaning products used are eco friendly.

Nice little condo. Everything is as described. Door keypad was difficult to lock and unlock. 2nd floor so you have to carry luggage up staid, but only 1 flight.

Aprille was pleasant and professional. The condo is modern and clean on the inside. The exterior is a bit dated. This particular unit is on the second floor so you need to use stairs to get to your condo. The building is the one closest to the road. You can’t see the traffic but you can hear it. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for our stay. It’s a very short and easy drive to downtown Traverse City for shopping and dining. The beach is just a minutes walk from a quiet upper corner condo that overlooks a stream. The unit itself was very clean and updated. It is quite small and I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a family of three. The extra toiletries were nice but I would recommend more towels- we had to run laundry a few times. The beach was lovely and clean with chairs to lay out. It’s quite shallow and I was never worried about kids playing. The water craft rental was open but the pool and little bar/cafe was closed due to staffing- which was not relayed to us (and part of the selling point for our trip). Besides that hiccup we had a really nice time 🙂
