Parties and events are not permitted. We’re happy to allow small, respectful gatherings with up to 5 daytime guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the home; outdoor smoking is permitted provided all cigarette waste is properly disposed of. Additional cleaning fees may apply if cleanup is required.
3. What are the parking limitations?
The property accommodates 3 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking available.
🚗 Street sweeping occurs on the 4th Thursday of each month.
4. What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
The maximum occupancy is 18 registered guests, including overnight and approved daytime guests.
5. Are there security cameras on the property?
Yes. For safety purposes, security cameras are located at the front entrance, trash area, and pool equipment only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

Before check-in, guests must provide:

Family reunion! Ages 2-50! This is an amazing house! No one left all weekend! House is clean, well stocked and set up perfect for groups. Host is super responsive and checked in after our first night to make sure everything was to our liking! Kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. TV’s in every room. The variety of activities and games available is incredible. Highly recommend! Hope to be back next year!
