The moment you open the door of this incredible refurnished 1600 sq ft. condo (including 400 sq ft. deck) with top of the line furniture, electronics, and decor, you will congratulate yourself for choosing Cortez 1206. This beautiful condo is situated on the 12th floor in PHASE TWO(most desired) overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully equipt spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large relaxing soaking tub.
The master bedroom has a 32 inch LCD smart TV with Blu ray DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 32 inch LCD TV. The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with beautiful new furnishings and the guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen pillowtop mattress with beautiful new furnishings as well.
The bonus room has a bunk bed and is perfect for extra guests.
The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture, (full size sofa sleeper) 55 inch LCD smart TV with US channels and BLU Ray DVD player and free WiFi. The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal.
The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 10 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools.
The courtyard area right below Cortez 1206 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palamas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free maid service, Check in is offsite around the corner at CASAGO (5 min drive). Full instructions and directions will be emailed shortly after booking. Checkout is over the phone. You can be assured that the quality of Cortez 1206 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards.

Easy booking and check in! Unit was as described and met our expectations as far ans cleanliness, beds, and linens. Only negative feedback is environmental— the wind from the outside was VERY loud inside the unit, and it was constantly whistling. It was almost as if the patio doors needed sealed, so you couldn’t really enjoy the living room or have someone be able to sleep out there/on the couch— and the AC would shut off if you cracked the patio door so that wasn’t a workaround.

The room was clean and very inviting. The resort offers beatiful pools, hot tubs and a swim up bar. Lots of fun. We had a great time and will be back.

The unit was ok Not as nice as the pictures The second bedroom (double bed) had no dresser..the couple had to live out of suitcase…the master bedroom dresser all drawers were broken…handle on the master bath toilet broken..the bunk room also didn’t have a dresser. we had to ask the maids to wash the floors. Everyone’s feet were black from dirt…the rest was ok..
