About this house rental
Everything two people need, and nothing you don't
Yons Paradise is a private, single-level home inside a gated community in Greenwich Estate, Drax Hall, St. Ann. It sleeps two, and the whole place is yours - bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space. There are no shared areas and we're not on site, so your privacy is complete.
The living space is open-plan with high vaulted ceilings and white tile floors, which keeps it bright and airy through the afternoon.
The bedroom
A queen bed with premium linens and quiet air conditioning, under a custom-painted mural of Dunn's River Falls. It's the thing most guests photograph before they unpack.
The living area
A comfortable space with a Smart TV and a shelf of board games for the evenings you decide not to go out. A portable air conditioning unit keeps it cool.
The kitchen
Wooden cabinetry, granite-style countertops and a breakfast bar. You'll find a stove(oven included), microwave, fridge and freezer, a coffee maker and kettle, and all the pots, pans and dishes you need. The basics - oil, salt and pepper - are already there.
Boots supermarket is five minutes away.
The bathroom
Private, with a tub-shower combination and reliable hot water.
Outside
Your own outdoor space for morning coffee, and skies clear enough at night to actually see stars. Dedicated parking on the property.
Getting in
Self check-in with a personal door code, sent to you before you arrive. No waiting around and no key handover - land, drive over, and let yourself in.
Waiting for you
You'll land after a long travel day, and there's cold water and beer in the fridge for exactly that reason. We also leave a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap and face soap - the small things people forget to pack, or lose to a suitcase they didn't want to open at midnight.
Included with every booking. No extra charge, no minibar surprise.

The house sits inside a gated community with 24-hour security. Guests consistently tell us the peace of mind is what they remember most.
For transparency: there are two exterior security cameras, one facing the front entrance and one facing the back walkway. Nothing indoors is monitored.

10 minutes to Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain and Dolphin Cove
5 minutes to Boots supermarket
2 minutes to the main road
1hr26 minutes from Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay
Most guests rent a car, but taxis and tours are easy to arrange, and route taxis run from just outside the gate.

If you've ever lost your luggage, they got your welcome drink to destress plus ALL bathroom necessities.
The complex is quiet, I wasn't tehe. Response time was within an hour. G & K have given me a reason to go to. Mammee Bay more often. Comfy bed, nice shower full lazy mode😆. Thanks again guys!!!!!💖
