About this house rental
*The house can be rented for groups of at least 16 people
Stone farmhouse from the end of the s. XIX has just been fully restored, very easy access and very well connected.
Located on a farm of more than 150 hectares, between Besalú, Banyoles and Figueres, 35 km from the Costa Brava, with fantastic views over the fields of l'Empordà.
The 5 km walking tour of the estate is recommended, visiting the centennial laundries.
6 double rooms with private bathroom and 1 room with bunk beds. Ideal for families with children!
The 7 rooms are distributed as follows:
- 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed and bathroom inside
- 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed + 2 single beds and bathroom
within
- 1 room with 2 bunk beds and bathroom
It also has 1 bathroom adapted for the disabled.
1 diaphanous room of 90 m² on the top floor (to be rented separately)
We remember that:
It is totally forbidden to have parties
Upon arrival at the house, if you have not already paid, you must pay in cash:
- Dogs: up to 2 dogs, €30/pet
- The price does not include the tourist tax (€1.10/person/night, from the age of 16, the first 7 nights)
- Babies: up to 2 cots, €20/cot, prior reservation

We enjoyed a relaxed weekend in the house, which is very nice an comfortable, walking around, playing volley, doing a barbacue, swimming in the pool... all went very well!
