This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the coveted K Building sleeps 8 guests and offers families and ski enthusiasts an unparalleled winter getaway. With direct access to beginner trails, you'll effortlessly reach both the base area and upper mountain lifts, and after a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of the fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the convenience, views, and relaxation provided by pool and hot tub access.
The Space:
As you enter Winterplace K204, you are met with a large mudroom with great storage for your winter gear and luggage. The first bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the queen bedroom. This bedroom offers plenty of storage as well with a dresser and closet. The primary bedroom features a king bedroom and an ensuite full bathroom that can also be accessed through the kitchen.
The kitchen area comes fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare the perfect home-cooked meal after a day on the slopes. Enjoy your meal at the large dining room table or use the space to play games and spend quality time together.
The living room offers plenty of space for each guest and is the perfect cozy spot to watch the snow fall and warm up by the fire. The flat screen TV is the perfect addition to the unit offering fun movie nights. There is a private deck located directly off of the living room for you to enjoy the views and your morning coffee.
Winterplace is a fun and unique slopeside community with private access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub only a short walk from your condo.
This ski-in/ski-out condo is located in the K building of Winterplace directly in front of the unloading area of the base lifts. No need to brave traffic or the dreaded walk from the parking lot.

Perfect for our ski weekend with group of teens. Place was great and location couldn’t be better. Noah in particular was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location. Noah very responsive to every question. No problems with the process or the place itself. Ideal for family with kids - ski in/ski out so easily. Would absolutely come back.

This condo is as presented in the listing. The location is ski in / ski out perfection. VERY easy and convenient access from the slopes.
Check in and communication was clear and easy. Beds and linens were comfortable. The condo is a little more worn than presented in the photos, and the kitchen supplies are minimal.

This condo has a great ski in/ski out location and nice view of the chair lifts and slopes from the front windows. Bedrooms are spacious and king size bed was comfortable. Also, the bunk room was a good size. I recommend this property, and Noah was great with check in and being available if we needed him during the stay (which we did not).
