About this house rental
Perfect for 2 families or 4 couples, the house is located just off the road to Ravni beach, and surrounded by forest and gardens. Property sits on 3000m2. All the rooms have large glass doors opening onto either terraces or balcony, with the sea view in front of you.
On the ground floor, is a large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining room, guest restroom and a master bedroom en suite.
For dining outside, there is a large covered terrace opening onto the garden and sea view with dining table for 8 and stone steps that descend into the garden where there is a stone BBQ & gas grill (plancha), sink & cooking area. Here we have implemented another dining area with big stone table and 8 chairs and sun umbrella. There is a toilet under pool and on the path.
On the first floor, the upper living room awaits with TV - DVD and a large open terrace offering spectacular views of Kvarner and the islands (Cres, Lošinj). There is a master bedroom en suite; a third large bedroom with bay windows and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and private balcony, and large bathroom with Italian style shower.
To allow for natural rhythms of light and air flow, there is a large skylight with remote opening. All of the bedrooms are fully furnished with built-in closets; parquet floors, stone sinks, curtains and air conditioning.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is a washing machine & dryer.
The house is located on a private road with ample parking. There is a little market in Ravni town with fresh fruit and veggies. The town of Labin is close by (10 kms) with all needed facilities (daily market, super markets, pharmacies, etc.) and there are several little konobas (taverns) within walking distance of the house for a typical Istrian meal. Close by is the Ravni beach which has a open air bistro & many little private bays for swimming.
For diving & motor boat rentals of all sizes as well as boat mooring, nearby Sveti Marina can provide.
The beautiful towns of Rovinjo, Poreč, Pula (airport), Motovun, Groznjan and Novigrad are all easily reachable for day trips as is the island of Cres, via car ferry.
Jadrina bay is a peaceful pebble beach bay below the house only accessible by boat or by a gentle walk through a shaded trail of 10-15 minutes.
Casa Bura has a swimming pool 7 x 3.5 m with sea view. However, the real beauty of our location is discovering the crystal clear bays of Istria which are warm enough to swim all day long, for all ages. Enjoy massage on the beach with Lana and then the evenings on the terrace overlooking the sea with a glass of wine under the stars.
Please note we are not fans of the Saturday to Saturday regime due to the traffic on Saturdays so feel free to choose your own day.

I scrolled through holiday homes in VRBO/Homeaway and immediately fell for this beautiful villa, which literally decided the destination (Istria,Croatia) for us. Both were a happy choice. The house offers beautiful views to the sea and Cres Island and feels very private as it is covered by trees and gardens. We loved the covered terrace, where We enjoyed all the meals, backgammon, cards, and hard discussions with the grasshoppers. The pool was for sure wonderful and the barbeque area worked perfect. The house itself is beautiful and stylish, while it also feels like a home with lovely art, furniture, stereo, books and cd’s which the owners generously shared with us. In the area, there Are serveral beautiful beaches, both secluded and public. We especially enjoyed the relaxed beach bar in Sveti marina🏝️, where We also rented a boat to go to Cres Island one day (highly recommended). Otherwise We found the area is great for cycling and walking.
We would love to come back!

The house and views are stunning. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed it daily. It is pretty remote with very windy roads, and is a bit difficult to find. You have to drive thru Labin to go anywhere (15 min), and we enjoyed dinners in nearby Rabac on the water about 20 min away. We enjoyed day trips to Rovinj, Pula and Opatija all within an hour drive. Jacqueline was very responsive. I would definitely book again.

The villa is simply stunning, the photos do not do it, or the incredible view justice. My family and I spent nine wonderful days here and fell in love with both Istria and Croatia. The pool is fantastic - a great size and kept two teenage boys entertained both day and night! There’s everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay including a well organised bar-b-que area complete with outside sink and a well stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need. The bedrooms are a great size with air conditioning (a must) the two largest have walk in showers complete with unbelievable sea views. We enjoyed our trips to the pretty town of Labin (approx. 20 minutes by car) which has some lovely restaurants and shops. The slightly rocky trek down to the beautiful, quiet beach Jadrina was an experience we’ll never forget! Jacqueline was a fantastic host and any questions we had during our stay were responded to very quickly. We would love to come back on our next visit to Croatia and would highly recommend.

We had a unforgettable vacation in this modern and beautiful house. It was way above our expectations. The materials and furniture in the house are very high quality, everything is very clean and well looked after. You have more than enough space inside and outside, rooms are spacious, with high ceilings. The pool is being cleaned twice a week, the garden is impeccable. The house is equipped with everything you need for living, not only vacating. All you need to take with you is your bathing suit :)
There is also a variety of beaches near the house, that are easy to access also by foot (5-7 minutes)
Also, we were amazed by how friendly and helpful the host is. We got a lot of tips regarding what places to visit, what restaurants are the best, but also a lot of help with organizing our trip and especially With organizing a place for the boat.
If you are looking to an unforgettable vacation, this is definitely the right place for it. Our rating is 10/10.
