Xenia House is a lovely holiday rental one-bedroom apartment, centrally located in a popular neighbourhood in Gaios, Paxos, with air-conditioning, a beautiful front terrace, very close to the local amenities and the beaches of Gianas (300 m) and Plakes (650 m).
This charming apartment lies a few stairs above the access staircase to the owner's flat, who discreetly live next door.
Xenia House is spacious for a couple with a kid, which can be accommodated on the available sitting rooms sofa.

Excellent location, not noisy considering its proximity to the centre of town. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Host was very helpful when we locked ourselves out (very easy to do so keep key with you when outside!) Hired a quad bike for a day and went around the island, beautiful! Around every corner is another stunning bay!!….. Could do with a bread knife in the kitchen is my only criticism…..

Xenia is very warm and friendly. The house has everything is necessary and is very, very clean. We stay very well enjoying the big and pretty terrace that has a wonderful view on Gaios old port. Gaios is pretty too and is full of beaches, tavernas, and a gorgeous fiordo. Thank you, Xenia

The owner was there to welcome us to our accommodation and show us around. First impression was how clean and bright the apartment was. There were little pieces of art around the house and the terrace to make it more like home. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable terrace furniture were very much appreciated. It was very convenient for the town and beach and I would recommend it 100

Our host is very kind and we had a so nice moment in her flat. Very clean with all you need. Big terrace with a table. The flat is spacious and comfortable. Perfect location in town but very calm.
