About this villa rental
Your friends and family will make lasting memories in this beautiful villa, located in the heart of Casa de Campo. You will be 5 minutes away from golf courses, Minitas Beach, La Marina and Altos de Chavon.
THE VILLA:
Welcome to this beautiful, serene home with an easy sense of calm and elegance.
The villa offers privacy and comfort in a relaxed environment. Beautiful indoor and outdoor living and dining areas.
The entrance of the house is through a charming garden foyer. Once you enter the house you will see the formal living/dining areas, a family/TV room and a lovely kitchen with a casual dining area, all air-conditioned. Pocket doors completely open to unify interior and outdoor spaces.
A pleasant, covered terrace area with informal living and dining areas, all with garden views. Beautiful pool, lounge areas, bbq table unit, a summer lunch table, a complete outdoor bathroom, green lawns and hammocks, creating a calming backdrop.
The villa has 4 bedrooms. Two master suites with king size beds, a third bedroom with 2 queen beds and a fourth bedroom with 1 queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom.
The house sleeps 10 people.
COMPETENT STAFF INCLUDED:
2 full time staff (1 Cook, 1 Housekeeper)
Staff working schedule is 8AM – 4PM
Additional service hours after 4PM and/or additional personnel/nanny are available for an additional fee.
The house has 1 service room, if you ever need them to stay overnight. This service has an additional fee.

MINITAS BEACH CLUB: sun loungers, umbrellas, towel service, restaurant & bars, adults only pool, children pool area

MAIN HOTEL: Loungers & towel service at the pool, boutiques, spa, beauty salon, fitness center (fees apply)
THE MARINA: deep sea fishing and yacht rentals, restaurants, boutiques, grocery store, movie theater
GOLF: Three championship courses including Pete Dye’s famous Teeth Of The Dog
RAQUET CENTER: padel, pickleball, and tennis court rentals, pros and ball boys available for lessons and play
SHOOTING CENTER: 200 acres with clay pigeon, skeet shooting, and more!
ALTOS DE CHAVON: a replica of a Mediterranean style European village perched above the Chavón River. Home to an art school, restaurants, boutiques, a church, and a fantastic archaeological museum.
ATM machines are available around the resort.
TRAVEL INFO:
RESORT FEE: $30/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $15/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive an ID card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc. This card entitles you to a 15% discount at participating restaurants, sports facilities and other activities. You will also have access to golf courses including advanced reservations at special rates and use of the fitness center at a special rate. The resort fee also includes access to healthcare services at the Central Romana Medical Center.

Golf cart rental is available for an additional fee per day.

We stayed at Villa Coral with my extended family including two toddlers. We had a fantastic time. Everything was beautiful and Rhina took the time to help us with planning the perfect week in Casa de Campo. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was terrific: clean, well-stocked with high end amenities, located in proximity to the beach, and well maintained. The property manager Rhina is a rockstar. She was on top of everything and super responsive. The house was as advertised. Would definitely recommend.Little suggestions to make the stay even better: a) instructions on how to use Nest temperature control, b) check that the Sonos system works-wifi not always synced/ hooked up, and c) make sure the golf cart is fully charged.Would definitely rent the house again. Rhina is the best.
