Just a short stroll away, you`ll find fantastic restaurants & charming coffee shops. Whether you`re looking to unwind at the beach or simply savor the vibrant neighborhood, this Mission Hills home is your perfect base.
Step inside to discover a bright and airy living space adorned with modern decor and trendy furnishings. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful retreat:
Bedroom 1: King bed + ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
Outside, enjoy the convenience of a spacious driveway that accommodates up to 3 large or 4 regular-sized cars, making it easy for you and your guests to explore the area. There`s also a lovely front porch for people watching!
Guests have unfettered access to the entire house. In the back of the property is a 2-unit duplex (also a vacation rental) but there are no shared spaces.
Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
Please note that in the back of the property there is a 2-unit duplex (also a vacation rental) but there are no shared spaces.
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals
Important notes/house rules:
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. Keep San Diego vacation rentals vibrant and thriving!

Neat, spacious, comfortable, and clean property with modern furnishings in close proximity to everything that is San Diego. Highly recommend staying here. I will stay again if I get the chance!

Place was very nice and clean. Bed were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and walking distance from some good ice cream and restaurants. Overall a good experience.
