Enjoy a large, quiet, first-floor private guesthouse in coastal Del Mar, with popular attractions like:

The Guesthouse faces a beautifully landscaped large Zen garden with fruit trees and flowers. The 750sf-guesthouse opens through two large french doors into a large 400sf covered and furnished patio overlooking the Zen garden, roses and tall trees.
Perfect situation for relaxation.
The Guesthouse has a full kitchen, full bathroom with double vanities, a large shower room and a separate toilet room.
The area provides top attractions for kayaking, paragliding, water skiing, sailing, hiking at nearby Torrey Pines State Park and Annie’s canyon and biking trials along the coast.
Walk to Del Mar Plaza restaurants, bars and shops, and Del Mar Beach (3/4 miles).
Drive to Del Mar Fairground/racetrack (2 miles) and Torrey Pines State Beach (3/4 miles). This guesthouse is not pet friendly!

We arrived later at night and so having self check in was ideal. The sidewalk was well lit to the guest house out back. We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful backyard and the lush gardens when the sun came up the next morning. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. You could see the ocean from the street. The few questions we had, the host answered within minutes. We enjoyed staying away from all the busyness:)
