Want Beach? Welcome to 4 Summer Place! The very spacious, updated oceanfront home includes 4 oversized bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths and will not disappoint! This oceanfront home features coastal/southern style décor and is uniquely positioned right on the beach, offering ocean views everywhere you turn! Leave the daily grind behind and enjoy your beachfront vacation home! 4 Summer Place provides views like no other on Folly Beach! Located at the east end of Folly, you will enjoy unobstructed, panoramic views of the Ocean, Morris Light House, Charleston Harbor and Ravenel Bridge!
Inside the home, you will enjoy taking in the ocean from every room! The main living area is located on the 2nd floor and features an open floor plan including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Gas grill is provided for beach cookouts. With ocean views from every angle, you and your family/friends can enjoy the ocean during meals, while hanging inside or to get one step closer to the ocean, you can step thru the French Doors to enjoy the wrap around deck! Just hop on a rocking chair and start relaxing!
Each of the 4 oversized bedrooms are beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home! All bedrooms have ocean views, allowing you to retreat for some quiet relaxation! (No squishing into small bedrooms in this home!!). Three of the 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor including a full Primary Bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom also includes a king bed and is adjoined by a jack-n-jill bathroom including double sinks, to the 3rd oversized bedroom which includes a king bed and a twin bunkbed. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players for your entertainment enjoyment. To feel right at home, each bedroom includes a closet, dresser and plenty of space so you can unpack and store your luggage.
The ultra-private master suite is located on the 3rd floor and includes a king bed and private bathroom with his-and-her sinks. The master suite provides the ultimate in relaxation with a deck steps away from your bed - perfect for watching the sunrise.
4 Summer Place has plenty of oceanfront decks to enjoy! On the second or third floor decks, take your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail outside to enjoy while relaxing on a rocking chair and taking in the ocean. The rooftop deck is a fantastic feature of this home! The rooftop is a sun-bathers delight during the day and a terrific spot for watching the sunset or star gazing in the evening!
It keeps getting better…4 Summer Place also provides guests with a private stair/direct beach access! When it's high tide you can also enjoy the beach/sunbathing from the beachfront yard. With plenty of indoor and outdoor oceanfront views 4 Summer Place is the ultimate in beach living at its finest!
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, gas grill, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, $250 VayK Life beach gear rental credit, washer/dryer, high quality linens and bath towel sets for the maximum occupancy of the home, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided and up to the guest to replenish as needed.
Home is strictly non-smoking and not pet-friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. The home is stunning. Awesome beach vibe with views to die for! The rooftop deck is simply incredible. The home is stocked very well and has anything you can think of in the kitchen and even a countertop ice maker. The beds were super comfy and so was the couch, which is what I want in a relaxing beach house! Couple of challenges during our stay - the door lock didn’t work but a new lock was promptly installed! Our HVAC wouldn’t cool the main floor (during a heat advisory!) but the property manager, again, had someone there to fix the unit quickly. The property manager, Matt, was very responsive and nice to deal with, which was very nice. Note - this home is right beside the public access and parking so be mindful of that. We knew that going in, so that wasn’t a surprise. Overall a well maintained, wonderful home, with incredible views and everything you would need or want for your stay.

The house was comfortable, beautiful, and well-supplied with seating for everyone in every gathering area. The wall decor was attention attracting, a mix of beach life and quiet thought-provocation pieces. One of the nicest features was a porch that was shaded all day since it faced the south. Family members loving being outside but not loving the sun could be outside to their heart's content. We loved this beach home.

We were in town for a long weekend and this house was the perfect spot for our family of 8 adults. Everyone had their own space. The outdoor space is great and where we spent most of our time. The beach access was our favorite thing. It was so easy to go down and spend time at the beach during the day. I would stay here again.

Lovely home with amazing views. We had to call for a patio ceiling flapping in the wind and Liam came right over to fix it. Great service.
