The condo was beautiful as well as the grounds, amenities & of course the views…the wrap around deck was perfect with more than enough room. The condo was spotless and was exactly as described and i would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. One of the best vacations a I’ve ever had! Thank you

We cannot say enough nice things about this condo, the pool, the beach, the pier or the sunrises. This is an excellent setup for a family looking to entirely relax. The views are outstanding. You cannot get much closer to the water. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Fishing from the pier every morning proved eventful. And, just a 2 minute stroll to Sunset Beach each night to watch the show. Ideal!!!

The unit was exactly as described, only better. The breeze thru all of the sliding doors can’t be captured in a photo. Peaceful and relaxing. The boats coming and going were very cool, maybe causing a bit of “boat envy”. Definitely the perfect getaway from our hectic, high stress jobs, not to mention the cold.

We had a wonderful stay at Rich’s place. The condo was beautiful just as described and the view is just spectacular. The property was very low key & quiet, which was perfect for us. The master bed was very comfortable. The property manager is onsite & very attentive. I wound definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.
