Welcome to Cape Coral and to one of the quietest streets in the city! Built in Oct 2020 the property is located on Lake Jolie and includes a private heated pool.
The property is family friendly with an optional toddler bed, pool baby gate, Paknplay, and baby/child life vest(s). Most major restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles. It is a short drive to Matlacha (10 min) and Pine Island as well as to the Yacht Club beach (

The home Manual was very well structured, the neighborhood was calm and it was a great place to spend some time with family! Would recommend to others! :)
