Our property is in the best part of Scottsdale right in between the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter and Old Town Scottsdale. A quick 10 minute drive to the most popular spots.
Prime Location for Adventure and Convenience
● Just 15 minutes to vibrant Old Town Scottsdale
● 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
● 8 minutes to Scottsdale Airport
● 12 minutes to TPC Golf Course (home of the annual WM PGA Open)
Good to Know:
● Pool heating available ($150/day, 3-day minimum, must be for entire stay)
● Recommended heating: October through early June
A Few Practical Notes:
● Concierge services available with approved vendors. Outside vendors must be pre-approved/vetted with proper insurance.
● On-site rental cars available. Please inquire.
● Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 days or more!
● Flexible Cancel for Any Reason Policy available for peace of mind. Black out dates apply.
● Cancellation Policy: Will be displayed at time of check out. Either 30 or 60 days prior to arrival based on property type.
● Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required) within 48 hours of arrival
● Rental Contract required and must be signed before check-in.
● Minimum age requirements apply.
● To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

● Please take note that the state and local laws enforce noise ordinances aimed at curbing events, parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
● Guests agree to comply with state and local laws regarding short-term rentals:
● Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
● No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography
● Operating any adult-oriented business, including nude and topless dancing
● No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
● Last-Minute Bookings: Additional verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests.

Very clean. Great shape. Had everything we needed. There was a rodent in the ceiling above one of the bedrooms. Company came out right away to inspect, but didn’t come back to treat. We dealt with it. Not a big deal. Highly recommend. Great location!

Perfect house for our team. As advertised. Everything worked - no surprises. Manager great communicator and helped us with coordinating our visit. Would stay there again.
