Holiday rental in Sète: Charming one-bedroom apartment of 30 m² with a lovely 6 m² terrace offering sea views. The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator). The beaches are opposite the residence (50m). Shops are 500m away. This apartment features a double sofa bed in the living room, a television, and a kitchenette (with a two-burner cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine). The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The residence is very pleasant and landscaped with trees. A parking space is reserved for this apartment at number 112, secured by an electric gate. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
