Nice little air-conditioned studio of 18 m2 located on the ground floor of a small building.
This apartment is located 200 meters from the ramparts (rue des Teinturiers side); you will therefore reach the city center in just 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
Very bright and fully renovated studio in May 2018; all modern equipment is present: electric shutters, vmc, air conditioning, LED TV ....
Another major asset: the terrace and the garden; facing south, you can take full advantage of this outdoor space in all seasons.
As for the parking, you can park very easily in the streets adjacent to the apartment; parking is free and very quiet. Hope to meet you soon !!

"Sweet place. Everything you need. Enjoyed the patio too even in November. It was sunny and protected. Close walk to the old city. The parking was a bit hard to find but the host and his flat mate help..."
