This 3000 square foot custom built 3-bedroom, 2-bath single story home with no stairs or steps is located in the quiet gated development of Montero Estates. This community resides on the 3rd tee of the La Quinta Country Club with incredible mountain views of the entire La Quinta Cove.
This home is located just 2 miles from the Empire Polo Club, home of the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach music and arts festivals as well as two miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home to the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament. The La Quinta Country Club is world famous for hosting the annual PGA Desert Classic golf tournament. Guests can watch the tournament unfold just yards from the home's patio seating.
The incediable vacation rental home features all the modern-day conveniences needed to stay connected with a high-speed mesh Wi-Fi system throughout the home and pool area, EV JuiceBox car charger, Professional grade outdoor misting system, Google Hub and Mini's throughout the house and smart TV's in every room. Relax in the living room with the fireplace on while enjoying the 75-inch smart TV. Want to relax outside? In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful La Quinta home during a hot week in July! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The house was extremely comfortable—clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect desert getaway.The highlight was definitely the swimming pool! With the temperatures soaring, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the water from morning to night. The pool area was private, peaceful, and perfect for both kids and adults. There was plenty of shade when we needed a break from the sun, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained.Inside, the home stayed cool and inviting thanks to great air conditioning. The layout was spacious, the beds were cozy, and everything worked perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape, relax, and enjoy time together as a family.We would absolutely stay here again—thank you for an unforgettable week!

About as good as it gets…comfy, beautiful home. Only very minor suggestion would to clarify the directions to get into the gates. Since the home is near a back gate, our GPS kept taking us there which is not accessible with the entry code. However, the staff was more than helpful getting us turned around and on our way. Overall 10/10!
