Bedroom with double bed (140 cm).

Separate WC.
Upstairs:
Mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm).
Skylight under the large bed.
Air conditioning unit.
Outside:
Beautiful tree-lined and enclosed terrace, facing south/west.
Garden furniture, electric plancha grill.
Secure private parking.
Comfort et additional facilities:
Air conditioning: one unit on the mezzanine.
