Perfect for a family getaway or a trip with friends, this delightful retreat offers all the comforts of home including a hair dryer in each bathroom. Additionally, it features a designated space for a 24` boat to tie up, complete with a launching platform that steps down into the water, perfect for for paddleboards, kayaks, and more. For fishing enthusiasts, there`s a wonderful fishing dock equipped with a fish cleaning station!
Your stay includes access to a myriad of activities within the resort. Golf enthusiasts will delight in the 18-hole Long Island Village golf course. The Resort Activity Center offers a plethora of leisure options including a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, mini golf, 3 Jacuzzi hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, billiards, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. - Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- Please be sure to take your trash to the dumpster before you leave.
As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.
However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary

Exactly what we were wanting for our final road trip in the States. Warm temperatures, well equipped and comfortable house with beautiful views and sited in a quiet village close to anything you needed. The only thing that struck us as being a bit strange was that the queen sized beds only had single bed sized sheets on them - other than that - perfect!!

This was our family’s first time in South Padre. The house was beautiful, comfy, clean and just the perfect getaway. Not too close but not too far from the beach/island life. Staff onsite was friendly and helpful and Brena was amazing. She was super accommodating and answered all of our questions right away! Can’t wait to stay again
