The house was fantastic! Very well laid out common areas, large kitchen was perfect for gathering/cooking, pool/spa was a great place to relax after a day at the beach.The walk to the beach was closer than we expected, 2 houses away. You could see the ocean from the top floor balcony!The location is far enough away from Coligny that you were away from the busy parts of the beach, but close enough to easily walk or bike down for shopping/dining.Plenty of parking (4 vehicles inside, 2 outside).What an ideal property!The property owners texted periodically to make sure we were good and didn't have any concerns.After checking out, one family discovered they had left something in the garage. The owners were super responsive, went to the home and found the item and secured it for later pick up.Cannot say enough good things about 200 Jacana! We will be back!

House is nicely arranged with three bedrooms on one floor and three on the other, making it easy to group members of different families together. Kitchen well stocked. Best thing is proximity to the beach even though on corner of N Forrest Beach. Very short walk to beach. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Originally scheduled for the week but due to a hurricane we were able to reschedule. Manager was great at communicating and owners were flexible with arrangements. Location was wonderful: short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and other locations.
