Relax in our bright, light and updated home on the golf course with private saltwater plunge pool! We are located in the beautiful, gated community of Indian Palms Country Club, Indio. We are just a short walk to the festival grounds on the Indio Polo Fields!

☆ While the property has regulation fencing, the pool itself does not have a fence which is why we discourage those with small children.

☆ Free street parking - with advanced notice as a street pass is required - but we take care of that for you.

☆The outdoor space is cozy, well-appointed and provides you a saltwater pool, outdoor furniture, dining table, electronic shades, and BBQ. All you need for a great getaway!
☆ The pool is small but mighty and fun. Hang out under the built-in fountains - it has been resurfaced and retiled.

☆ Near downtown La Quinta, which has quaint shopping and dining areas.
☆ Near the Polo Grounds, where they have the Coachella Music Festivals, including Stagecoach.
☆ Close to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, making it a great place to stay if you attend the world-famous Tennis Tournament in March each year.

☆ We have relaxed Cancellation Policy
☆ The Lead Tenant must be 25 or older (guests of the tenant may be younger).
☆ No Parties/Events
☆ No Smoking (inside and by pool! ) Violating this house rule will forfeit deposit.
☆ No Pets - though for anyone with severe allergies we let people know there was a cat in the house at one time though it has been thoroughly cleaned numerous times since that time.
☆ Sleeps up to maximum of 6 people - other guests overnight will forfeit deposit. Heating the pool to 80 degrees is $100/wk.

The property was just as described. The pool was very lovely during the desert weather and all the amenities (bed, bedding, kitchen, etc.) was perfect for our group.

I booked this home solely on the fact that it was so close to Stagecoach. The property was beautiful, the pool was great and it was close to a variety of restaurants. We will definitely return if we decide to go to Stagecoach again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!
