Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:
2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day
We do include a daily consumption of 10Kw. Any excess will be charged at the end of your stay.
All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

This upscale apartment is absolutely gorgeous in a great location in the Marina! Lovely furnishings, well equipped, comfortable bedding, very clean. Having an in unit washer/dryer machine was so convenient. The outdoor areas take the cake though! We enjoyed evenings on the large balcony and days sunning on the even larger rooftop - both nicely furnished. Used the community pool and gym, too. Daniel, property management, was great with communications and responsiveness and Lionel, on site building host/manager was super helpful and kind with check in and helping me resolve an issue with the car rental. 10/10 for a wonderful experience!
