The villa is an ideal holiday destination for those who appreciate peace, privacy and a natural environment and love the sea. It is located in the small village of Nova on the island of Korcula, right on the beach and has a magnificent view of the sea and the opposite small islands. It is a stone house built in Dalmatian style, surrounded by a park with typical Mediterranean plant, by a private road leading to the beach.

The villa consists of a ground and first Floor. The ground floor kitchen, dining room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large, partially covered terrace, barbecue and laundry room.
In the first Floor are the cocktail bar with a pool table, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and balcony. The floor is reached over the outward travel. In the Villla air conditioners are available.
The lush, park-like garden with pool, gazebo and sun area benches and loungers are available. The villa has a private dock for boats. It is the ideal accommodation for families and friends.
The nearest 1.4 km to Potirna, many shops and restaurants are in Vela Luka, which is only 6 km away. The many restaurants offer traditional cuisine with local wine. After dinner, guests can leisurely stroll past the many bars while listening to local music.

We had the best stay here! The property manager was gracious and accommodating. The property itself was a dream. Yes the place is disconnected - meaning 2 of the four rooms were in an upstairs unit with their own bathroom while the other two rooms and other bathroom were below with the kitchen - but this didn't matter to us as we were two couples. So in fact this afforded us more privacy. The pool was lovely and the beach- perfect. A magical place :)

The garden, pool and views to the sea were superb. The villa had a well equipped kitchen which was easy to prepare food. The inside of the villa was smaller than I expected but everything was comfortable and clean. The main drawback which I was not aware of on booking was that there was no internal staircase connecting the upstairs and downstairs of the property, which was not ideal for us as my mother who is 86 struggled to walk up the quite steep access path to the upstairs and car parking space. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay.

this house was built and organized with much love and care: the various places where you can sit to enjoy the weather, the equipment all around to make your stay as agreeable as possible. we have rented many houses during the years, but Nadia and Petar made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful quiet location, 15 mins drive from Vela Luka. Nadija and Peter made us so welcome, thank you. The island is scenic and beautiful and Korcula town well worth a visit. Would thoroughly recommend but car hire fairly essential, but easy to arrange through agencies in Vela Luka. We hope to return!
