From the moment we walked into our penguin accommodation we were overwhelmed - it was simply beautiful. The property was incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views and a location that couldn't be better. It suited all our needs perfectly. We honestly can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. If it were possible we would give it 6 stars!Staying here was one of the highlights of our holiday in Tasmania.We also fell in love with Penguin itself - such a charming little town.A truly memorable experience all round.cheers Michael and Chris

Large and spacious in a great locality. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival. Time of check in was a little confusing as we were informed it was 3.00pm but on our arrival the compendium stated it was 2.00pm.
